Grace Announced Volume Production of Cypress 90nm Technology
Shanghai, China, March, 2011 - Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (“Grace”), a leading semiconductor foundry in differentiated technologies, announced the full qualification and ramp to volume production of its 90nm Asynchronous SRAM process utilizing 193nm lithography and low cost Aluminum BEOL for its strategic customer, Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (“Cypress”). This key milestone is the first of many planned advanced technology processes which reinforces Grace’s strategic thrust into being a unique, trusted foundry partner and supplier.

Furthermore, Grace has been qualified to fabricate Cypress’s automotive-grade CapSense controllers which adhere to the AEC-Q100 standard and ISO/TS 16949 quality management standards coupled with Cypress’s stringent automotive requirements. It is one of the Grace’s continuous efforts to improve its automotive quality system and enhance its Automotive Quality Control Solution Portfolio in consistency with the company’s automotive strategy.
