本文介紹了AL3158主要特性,功能方框圖以及典型應(yīng)用電路.AL3158 是Diodes 公司的高效1x/2x電荷泵白光LED驅(qū)動(dòng)器,DC/DC轉(zhuǎn)換器采用雙模式負(fù)載開關(guān)1x 或2x,VIN電壓范圍從2.7V到5.5V,最大電源效率高達(dá)93%,每路LED電流20mA,路間電流匹配1%,內(nèi)置了VOUT短路和LED短路保護(hù)功能,主要用在手機(jī)白光LED背光和指示器,PDA以及以電池為能源的電話主從屏幕白光LED背光.
