NXP全球首創(chuàng)Low IF Tuner,TEF660x系列FM/AM調(diào)諧器廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車收音機(jī)主機(jī)及家用音響等收音裝置。TEF660x系列調(diào)諧器采用了突破性的整合設(shè)計(jì),在單一芯片上整合了全部關(guān)鍵射頻元件,并省去了對(duì)手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)的需求。因此,設(shè)備制造商可以輕易的將調(diào)諧器應(yīng)用在主機(jī)板上,不再需要調(diào)諧器模塊,從而在主機(jī)中節(jié)省了很大空間并降低了系統(tǒng)成本。目前已獲的日本JVC等一流廠商采用。
TEF6601和TEF6606整合了全部的關(guān)鍵射頻元件,包括:壓控振蕩器,陶瓷濾波器,IF變壓線圈,低噪音放大器和自動(dòng)增益控制,只需要32個(gè)低成本的外圍元件。此外,通過(guò)特殊的大信號(hào)處理的功能,這款低IF調(diào)諧器支持汽車收音機(jī)應(yīng)用的高性能需求。
